AHi sweat & sodium testing
- FLOWBIO AHi sensor used during a ride at race power.
- Outputs precise hydration + sodium targets to maximise training and racing.
- Personalised report emailed after the session, plus Q&A.
Technology is useful when it answers the right question. Sweat and sodium testing, accurate training zones, heat data, kit fit, blood testing and pedalling metrics can all help — but only when they lead to a practical decision about how you train, fuel, prepare or race.
Pick the bottleneck you want to solve first — then we can layer the rest as needed.
If you’re travelling, or just want a “one-and-done” day, these packages combine multiple tests.
Quickest route: use the booking form and pick the service(s) you want — I’ll reply by email with options.
Choose an option (AHi, MAX, Core Temp, Pro Day, Aero Day, Edge, Rotor, etc.) and add your ideal dates/times.
Note: the booking form lists typical 1-2-1 slots and the current session pricing (last updated Jan 4th 2026).
A few common questions that save back-and-forth.
Ideally yes. The FLOWBIO AHi test notes that the session uses a trainer plus a power-measuring system (your bike power meter or an agreed setup). If you don’t have power, mention it when you enquire and we’ll work out options.
Most 1-2-1 services are delivered in North Devon. Some sessions (like BioRacer) can be run as pop-ups for groups by arrangement.
Yes — that’s exactly what Pro Days and the Aero Day add-ons are for (AHi + CORE temperature measurement are both listed as optional extras).
Edge tests are typically home sampling. The value is in choosing the right panel and then translating results into practical actions for training, diet, and recovery.
